In addition to à la carte dishes, our seasonally changing menu includes two set menus crafted from the best ingredients of the moment.
We work closely with small-scale producers and select ingredients at their seasonal peak. All our meat and fish are sourced domestically. Menu 305 is also available in vegetarian or vegan versions.
